The reviews on this page are collected through Loox, which only sends a request to someone who actually placed an order and received it. I cannot write them, edit them or delete the ones I dislike. There are more than 300 across the catalogue and the average sits at about 4.9 out of 5.

Why the critical ones are still here

A wall of five stars tells you nothing. The useful reviews are the ones that name a specific problem, and two problems come up again and again: how long the wait is, and ring size. Both are worth reading before you order rather than after.

Lead time

Every piece is made to order in solid 925 sterling silver. Production runs 5 to 45 days before an order ships. Most orders leave the bench in about 7 days, but not all of them do, and the reviews say so plainly.

Took a bit long to arrive, but I am very happy with the result.

Ring size

Sizing is the other recurring one. Rings are listed in EU circumference, 50 to 74 mm, with US equivalents, and a wide band sits tighter than a narrow one at the same number. When people get it wrong, they write that too.

The size is incorrect

Wonderfully made, a little wider than expected, but still makes for a nice ring.

Measure first. There is a method and a full EU to US conversion table on how to measure ring circumference, and a longer walk-through in how to find your ring size at home. If you are between sizes on a heavy band, go up.

Finish

Ring didnt come shiny and had to hand polish for roughly 3 hours, but overall good quality ring

Finishes are oxidized, polished or matt, and each one is done by hand. None of them is a synthetic coating, which is why a piece keeps changing after it leaves here. Oxidized or polished explains which finish suits which piece, and why this silver tarnishes explains the patina.

The full set is below, pulled straight from Loox and not filtered by me. Reviews also sit on each product page, which is the more useful place to read them, because a review of a heavy bracelet says very little about how a ring fits.

If your piece is not right

Write to me before you leave a review, not because I want the review changed, but because most of what goes wrong can be fixed. Sizing, in particular, is fixable. The contact page has the ways to reach me, and returns and cancellations start with the withdrawal form.

The ring is clearly very nice quality and sooooo detailed. Like, impossibly detailed. The packaging was also really secure and also eco-friendly, which is great. It did take a really long time to get to me, but that’s understandable since it’s handmade and had to travel from Germany to the US.

The ring was anazing and Niko was very responsive throughout the whole process. He exchanged the original ring for a larger size very quickly as well. The only feedback I have is to maybe be a bit more specific with the potential length of the ringmaking process on the website as it took nearly 2 months after I placed my order to receive the piece. However, I would definitely purchase from here again!

Very high quality the only reason it’s 4 instead of five stars is that there’s a groove running along the center internal diameter of the ring that makes it bit tight and hard to remove. Hard to see in photos but can be felt very clearly. Otherwise beautiful.
